At Costumes Party Store, we’re committed to ensuring you’re thrilled with your costume purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as simple as possible so you can get back to planning your amazing party!

📦 Return & Exchange Basics

⏰ Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

✅ Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • 🎯 In original condition with tags attached
  • 🎯 Unworn and unwashed
  • 🎯 In original packaging
  • 🎯 Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • 🎭 Beard & Moustache accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • 👶 Baby & Toddlers costume items that have been removed from packaging
  • 💄 Accessories that have been opened or used
  • 🎭 Adults Costume undergarments or intimate items
  • ✂️ Customized or altered items
  • 🎁 Sale items or clearance costumes

🔁 The Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Use our simple return form below or include the following information with your return:

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your return form or the above information.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

💰 Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • 🕒 Processing: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
  • 💳 Refund Issued: Within 5-7 business days after approval
  • 📧 Notification: We’ll email you when your refund is processed

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • 💳 Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • 🎯 PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

🔄 Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please clearly indicate in your return request:

🎭 Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged item or the wrong costume? We’re sorry! Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.

🌍 International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:

  • 📮 You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • 📋 Include all customs documentation clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS”
  • ⏰ International returns may take longer to reach us
