Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your costumes ready for their debut! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (like Halloween), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated!

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to suit your party planning timeline:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for: When you need your costumes relatively quickly
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Minimum Order: $50 or more
  • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers with flexible timelines

International Shipping Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ship to some regions. Please check during checkout if we deliver to your location. Some remote areas may have additional shipping restrictions.

Return & Exchange Basics

1 Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

2 Condition Requirements: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • 🎯 In original condition with tags attached
  • 🎯 Unworn and unwashed
  • 🎯 In original packaging
  • 🎯 Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • 🎭 Beard & Moustache accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
  • 👶 Baby & Toddlers costume items that have been removed from packaging
  • 💄 Accessories that have been opened or used
  • 🎭 Adults Costume undergarments or intimate items
  • ✂️ Customized or altered items
  • 🎁 Sale items or clearance costumes

Note: These restrictions help us maintain hygiene standards and ensure all our customers receive quality products.

The Return & Exchange Process

1 Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

2 Complete the Return Form

Use our simple return form or include the following information with your return:

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your return form or the required information.

Refund Information

1 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • 🕒 Processing: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
  • 💳 Refund Issued: Within 5-7 business days after approval
  • 📧 Notification: We’ll email you when your refund is processed

2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • 💳 Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • 🎯 PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please clearly indicate in your return request:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:
