• During peak seasons (like Halloween), processing may take slightly longer
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included
• Free Shipping
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Minimum Order: $50 or more

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Important shipping notes:

• Customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility
• Due to product nature, we cannot ship to some regions
• Please check during checkout if we deliver to your location
• Some remote areas may have additional shipping restrictions

We want every costume to be perfect for your magical party moments!

• We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order
• To be eligible, items must be:
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Beard & Moustache accessories (hygiene reasons)
• Baby & Toddlers costume items removed from packaging
• Accessories that have been opened or used
• Adults Costume undergarments or intimate items
• Customized or altered items
• Sale items or clearance costumes

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Complete the return form with:
   • Order Number
   • Name, Email, Phone Number
   • Item(s) to Return
   • Reason for Return
   • Preferred Solution (Refund or Exchange)
   • RMA Number
3. Securely package items in original packaging if possible

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to our error or a faulty item.

Once we receive your return:

• Processing: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
• Refund Issued: Within 5-7 business days after approval
• Notification: We’ll email you when your refund is processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
